This AirBnB is a real home away from home. It is new, stylish, clean and very well-kept. The location is close to subway, yet the area very quiet and suburban with close facilities (shops, bars & hotspots). The facilities here include washer, dryer TV and communal space. It is a true apartment style house away from home. Also no need to bring houseware. Everything is provided. Alex and co were very generous and communicated in timely manner (thanks Jacob, Karisa and Erik), house mates were amazing! I felt welcomed and had all questions answered if needed. I honestly would not bother trying anywhere else, just because the bar and standard has been set. This is how to run a business! When I return for Holiday or Work, Outpost is where I'll always be going! Love you guys! :)

I would like to say that Simon was awesome!! He’s really good person, He’s happy and funny, It’s so good to us guests when we’re abroad. If you’re traveling alone It’s not a problem because you can know a lot of diferent people in his house. Some times he do a little party to eat and drink some thing and this party you can do some friend or just know another person or culture. I really recommend to stay at Simon’s house (Outpost Club). Enjoy your stay!

This is a good option for those looking to stay in NYC short term (and even long term) for a decent price. Everyone in the house is really friendly. The space is nice and the neighborhood has great food options.
