Recently, I had to be relocated urgently to another one of their properties, and everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and in the best conditions. I have been staying at the Atlantic house since May 27. It's been a great experience. The house is great, my roommates are excellent people. The house leader, Justin, was really helpful, very clear, always present, we had to get our smoke detector battery changed in his was there in less then 10min. He also is always setting gatherings for everybody in the building. It's been truly a wonderful experience

I had a great experience with Outpost. After a lease takeover fell through we were put in contact with Ashley, and a week later we had a new place found and lined up! Ashley was super helpful sharing options with us, providing photos and 3D tours, and being super responsive helping us with any questions throughout the process. I’ve been living at the Williamsburg house for a more than a month now, and I couldn’t be happier with the location—it’s absolutely unbeatable. The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient, making it a great choice for anyone working or studying in the city. A special shoutout to Ashley, who made the entire move-in process incredibly smooth. She was patient, responsive, and always just a call away, which really helped ease any concerns I had. Her support truly made a difference. One thing to note is that you can’t go physically to see the rooms before signing the lease, so there’s a bit of uncertainty going in. That said, the room I got is kinda small but cozy and works well for a single person. The house has great amenities too—laundry, lounge, theatre, and shared spaces that are well-maintained and convenient. I’ve also been lucky to share the space with quiet, sweet, and respectful housemates. Overall, it’s been a positive experience till now and I’d recommend Outpost Club to anyone looking for flexible, comfortable living in NYC.

I just extended my lease another year! How could I not? Outpost Club has made my first experience as a tenant in NYC so worry-free and comfortable. All management and maintenance staff have been so efficient and polite. Living here is so cozy, comfortable, and cost effective. My suite mates are attentive and polite, but they keep to themselves for the most part. It’s so quiet and peaceful I can work from home and take the longest naps in my entire life. Thanks for helping me extend my stay another year. I feel so lucky.☺️
