The upfront costs were higher than I expected, especially with the security deposit matching the room price and the $149 monthly fee. Being new to NY, I wasn't fully | prepared for how expensive things can be. However, I appreciated the transparency of the outpost sales agent about these costs from the beginning. I was in a pinch and didn't have other options at the time, but overall, but service was good

Although the process had its challenges, Evans was consistently clear about the next steps and kept us well-informed throughout. I really appreciated his timely follow-ups to all email notifications and phone calls. His communication made the entire experience much smoother.

Gaston was very helpful while staying in the williamsburg house! He helped us to organized the space.

My first time living completely on my own and outpost really makes it a lot easier to do so since they furnish the apartment and send supplies monthly! I had a suitemate who works with Outpost named Gaston and he just made the  experience so much more enjoyable. Big friendly guy; the rest of my suitemates miss him. If the rest of Outpost staff were as charming as he was, I’m sold.

I have MANY positive things to say about Outpost Club... The first is Evans, the agent who reached out on my first inquiry and was a helpful companion throughout the process, including meeting on a video call to answer questions. This was my first time coordinating a lease for a co-housing space for my son. Evans understood newbie tentativeness and was patient and informative. One funny story was that the photos looked amazing, almost too good to be true but when we walked in, it exceeded our expectations. High ceilings, clean white walls etc. In speaking with a neighbor, he mentioned that they completely renovated the building. Every building is different so don't assume yours will be like this but I am confident Outpost would represent the spaces they have in their network fair and honestly. We couldn't be happier with our Agent (Thanks Evans) or with the way the company operates.
