*For members, referral rewards are limited to 10 per calendar year, for a maximum of $4,000 in total rewards. Each $400 reward is applied as a discount on your next month's rent and is issued once your referred friend has signed a lease of 3 months or more and completed move-in. For non-members, a $200 referral reward is paid by bank transfer, limited to 10 per calendar year, provided an invoice is raised for the amount. Promotional offer. Subject to change.
