Just used outpost for a move and not be happier! As a first-time apartment applicant they made the entire process quick and easy. My coordinator Ashley was very responsive and easy to contact. The space itself is exactly as advertised, modern, clean and well-maintained. Great experience!

I found the 3D tours especially helpful as I wasn’t base in NY at the time so couldn’t view properties in person. I really couldn’t recommend Outpost club enough! Such an easy seamless process from start to finish.

Great accommodation! Amazing support team who are always available and happy to help! I am especially fond of Michelle and Paz who have assisted and helped me so patiently. They also checked in on me multiple times and made sure I felt safe and comfortable. Truly remarkable service from them! The rooms are beautiful! I am going to extend my lease!!

I have stayed at 2 Outpost location the past year (Williamsburg and Greenpoint), and have liked them both. The management team is good and quick to respond, and the and both locations are great. It is a very fair deal for what you get. I have had about 7 different roommates here (as people move in and out), and everybody has been very cool and easy to get along with. I strongly recommend Outpost to anybody looking for a place to stay in Brooklyn. They have other locations that are likely great as well. Also, Luigi from the Greenpoint house is the man!! He responds and fixes things almost immediately. Tania is also great and super helpful with the booking process.

Outpost Club is definitely one of the best short term rental agencies out there. The apartments are nice, clean, and they respond to all maintenance requests efficiently. I've had my share of issues and they remained patient with me until my problems were addressed. Will always recommend to anybody who's interested.

Outpost made my stay in New York smooth and welcoming. The location was super convenient, the staff was always responsive, and the community vibe made a big difference in my experience. They provided clear support when I had questions and made it easy to feel at home in such a big city. Definitely recommend for anyone doing an internship or moving to NYC.

I feel very lucky to have found this place! I stayed in the Atlantic house, the apartment was freshly renovated, had an in-unit washer/dryer, kitchen washing machine, a big new fridge, microwave and a proper oven. There were no smells except for the cleaning liquids when I moved in. They had a problem with wifi during the first day, but then the service person fixed it. I have to mention Dustin as the house leader, he is the best! He gave me a tour, answered all my questions, which I had a lot of and was in general very nice to talk to. Any problem I had during my stay - one message in Whatsapp and it's fixed. When I was moving in, there was no microwave, I briefly mentioned it and a couple if days later he brought a brand new one! Nick from the management team was very nice aswell, he helped me find the best option, answered questions about the documents and even did a little discount since I'm from Ukraine. Overall - a great stay!

The upfront costs were higher than I expected, especially with the security deposit matching the room price and the $149 monthly fee. Being new to NY, I wasn't fully prepared for how expensive things can be. However, I appreciated the transparency of the Outpost sales agent about these costs from the beginning. I was in a pinch and didn't have other options at the time, but overall, the service was good.
