I have been 3 times in upper manhattan with outpost, in total almost 9 months. On average is a great experience, I got three different rooms, each room has is own pros and cons. I got Evans as "Booking consultant", he was especially great.

I was looking for a long-term shared room in Manhattan for my son, who is moving to NY, and I contacted Evans. From the very beginning, Evans exceeded my expectations!
He was patient, kind, and professional.
He immediately understood my needs and concerns and guided us throughout the entire process.
He was extremely responsive and reassuring, and even after the contract was signed and my son was settled in, he continued to be available to assist us.
We are delighted with our experience with Outpost so far, especially having had the chance to be assisted by Evans.

I was very nervous about finding housing in New York before I moved. I had a few coliving groups I was looking at, but Outpost Club had the best resources, buildings, and people. Gabriella helped me every step of the way, including a very helpful phone call where we went over a few options before I settled on a house in Brooklyn that I liked the most. The background check and agreements I had to submit made me feel very safe with the roommates I hadn't met yet. Near the end of the process, there were a few snags with the online portal that delayed me in finishing the registration process, but it all got worked out in the end.

Great experience, been here for a month now, quite a young crowd but rooftop barbecues and sunsets are a highlight.

I had a really difficult task arranging accommodation in New York City while being on another continent. I communicated with her through WhatsApp, and her responses were quick and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me reserve a place in a new city before I even arrived. Her team must be very responsive and supportive as well because she returned with answers and solutions very quickly when she said she needed to speak with the team. Due to the good work of Ashley and Outpost Club, I can certainly say that my move to the USA was smooth, and I felt welcomed in this glorious country.
