Our 18-yr-old son, Lev, has been so grateful for the chance to live and study in New York staying at Valentin's place. The location is super-convenient to subway transit, with easy access to stores, laundry, restaurants, and within walking distance of parks. The group staying at the apartment has always been interesting, lively and sociable. It's been a great experience.

Staying at the Bushwick House was an amazing experience. The people are so nice, the facilites were great and clean, and having two subway lines nearby was very convenient. I definitely recommend it, especially if you're travelling alone or don't know many people, because there's always someone around to chat and laugh with!
