For this week’s Member Monday, we talked to Nath Generoso, the house leader at our Upper East Side, United Nations and Lexington houses. Read on to find out what she works on when she’s not community building!
Tell us a bit about yourself.
I have been a House Leader for Outpost since September 2019. I started in Jersey City houses and now I’m in Upper East Side houses. I also work remotely with marketing and strategies for a company in Brazil and I have a travel blog, where I write about the countries I’ve been to in my 2 years as a backpacker and try to inspire women to travel by themselves too.
What's your favorite Outpost memory?
My favorite Outpost memories are usually the parties they promote, because it’s a great opportunity to meet other members and make friends and have fun.
What's your favorite part of New York?
My favorite part of New York is lower Manhattan! I love to wander around Chinatown and get delicious and cheap food. The street art there is really cool and alternative, so being there makes me happy.
What are you working on now?
I’m planning my trips for the next year and I’m really excited — and a little overwhelmed — about the possibilities. It’s definitely going to be an amazing year and I can’t wait!
