About the House
The Hancock House is an extension of Bed-Stuy’s beauty, a neighborhood known for its charming architecture and residential streets full of greenery. Community is at the heart of both Bed-Stuy and the Hancock House, between the neighborhood’s festivals and street fairs and the house’s amenities, including a movie room and community lounge.
The Hancock House is a 5-minute walk to the J train at Halsey Street, and a 10-minute walk from the A, C, and E trains at Ralph Avenue. Both train lines provide access to Manhattan (commute to midtown in under an hour) and various neighborhoods in Brooklyn, including Bushwick and Williamsburg.
Bed-Stuy’s tree-lined blocks are full of brownstones and fabulous dining options. Start your morning with a walk through Saratoga Park, stopping for coffee and a pastry at Early Yves Cafe. For dinner plans, look no further than Trad Room for Japanese food and sake. If the night is still young, the bar Turtles All the Way Down has a fun and unique vibe–and yes, they have real turtles!

I’ve had a great experience with Outpost Club. Evans, my main contact, has always been very responsive and available whenever I needed assistance. Recently, I had to be relocated urgently to another one of their properties, and everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and in the best conditions. I really appreciate their professionalism and support!

I have been staying at the Atlantic house since May 27. It's been a great experience. The house is great, my roommates are excellent people. The house leader, Justin, was really helpful, very clear, always present, we had to get our smoke detector battery changed in his was there in less then 10min. He also is always setting gatherings for everybody in the building. It's been truly a wonderful experience

I had a great experience with Outpost. After a lease takeover fell through we were put in contact with Ashley, and a week later we had a new place found and lined up! Ashley was super helpful sharing options with us, providing photos and 3D tours, and being super responsive helping us with any questions throughout the process. I had a great experience with Outpost and would highly recommend.

I moved to NYC couple months ago and was in the search for a proper apartment, I came across outpost and seen the apartments and the services they offer! I worked with Evens McDonald and he was able to get me the approval within one day! He was very helpful and made the process so much easier for me! Thank you Evans!
