About the House
New Yorkers will never agree on the best neighborhoods in the city. Ask a hundred people and you’ll get a hundred answers. If you had to pick one as a strong contender, however, it would be smart to put Williamsburg near the top of the list.
Montrose Williamsburg House will put you right in the middle of this appealing Brooklyn community. Found on the shores of the East River, the Williamsburg Bridge will take you right into the heart of Manhattan.
But you don’t have to leave the neighborhood to have amazing days and nights. Within walking distance, you can eat at places like Win Son Bakery or take a walk in Sternberg Park. There are more bars and music venues than you can count, and thrift stores are everywhere. This is simply a fun place to be, and it will exceed your expectations of what life in the city is like.
You’ll be living in a house that has recently been renovated from top to bottom. Hardwood floors, modern appliances, and free on-site laundry make your experience here comfortable and convenient. There are common areas for spending time with housemates, and your room will be a private oasis to rest and recharge.
If living in an amazing neighborhood like Williamsburg feels out of reach, turn to Outpost for the solution. Our members are able to start their big city dreams as soon as they arrive and unpack. We can’t wait for you to join our community, so fill out an application today.

I’ve had a great experience with Outpost Club. Evans, my main contact, has always been very responsive and available whenever I needed assistance. Recently, I had to be relocated urgently to another one of their properties, and everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and in the best conditions. I really appreciate their professionalism and support!

I have been staying at the Atlantic house since May 27. It's been a great experience. The house is great, my roommates are excellent people. The house leader, Justin, was really helpful, very clear, always present, we had to get our smoke detector battery changed in his was there in less then 10min. He also is always setting gatherings for everybody in the building. It's been truly a wonderful experience

I had a great experience with Outpost. After a lease takeover fell through we were put in contact with Ashley, and a week later we had a new place found and lined up! Ashley was super helpful sharing options with us, providing photos and 3D tours, and being super responsive helping us with any questions throughout the process. I had a great experience with Outpost and would highly recommend.

I moved to NYC couple months ago and was in the search for a proper apartment, I came across outpost and seen the apartments and the services they offer! I worked with Evens McDonald and he was able to get me the approval within one day! He was very helpful and made the process so much easier for me! Thank you Evans!
