About the House
Charming houses are found on nearly every street in Brooklyn. Calling one of those beautiful buildings home is as easy as renting a room in the Williamsburg House. From the outside, you’ll love the classic Brooklyn charm - but it’s brand new on the inside and ready for you to get comfortable and build your life.
If you expect a New York City rental to be crowded and dingy, you’ll be surprised in the best way possible. Your room in the Williamsburg house will be bright and airy. The design is modern and all the appliances and features you need are already in place. There is even a finished rooftop where you can spend time with housemates and build new relationships.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to enjoy such an appealing house while landing in one of the best NYC neighborhoods. So much is within walking distance that you’ll rarely need to use transportation. Try the coffee at Brooklyn Blend or have a meal at one of the many Caribbean and Japanese restaurants. Shop in the locally-owned boutiques and get to know your neighbors. The life you’ve been imagining is waiting to become reality.
Outpost makes moving to New York approachable, affordable, and irresistible. Make your first move now by starting an application or scheduling a tour.

I’ve had a great experience with Outpost Club. Evans, my main contact, has always been very responsive and available whenever I needed assistance. Recently, I had to be relocated urgently to another one of their properties, and everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and in the best conditions. I really appreciate their professionalism and support!

I have been staying at the Atlantic house since May 27. It's been a great experience. The house is great, my roommates are excellent people. The house leader, Justin, was really helpful, very clear, always present, we had to get our smoke detector battery changed in his was there in less then 10min. He also is always setting gatherings for everybody in the building. It's been truly a wonderful experience

I had a great experience with Outpost. After a lease takeover fell through we were put in contact with Ashley, and a week later we had a new place found and lined up! Ashley was super helpful sharing options with us, providing photos and 3D tours, and being super responsive helping us with any questions throughout the process. I had a great experience with Outpost and would highly recommend.

I moved to NYC couple months ago and was in the search for a proper apartment, I came across outpost and seen the apartments and the services they offer! I worked with Evens McDonald and he was able to get me the approval within one day! He was very helpful and made the process so much easier for me! Thank you Evans!
