About the House
Is it really possible to start your New York City life in the historic, iconic neighborhood of Harlem? It is when you work with Outpost to rent a room in the beautiful Clark House. You’ll love the building itself as much as the surrounding community, and each day will feel like a new adventure.
As soon as you arrive, it will be clear you’ve made a great choice in accommodations. The exposed brick walls and ceiling beams lend classical charm to the building. At the same time, you will have all the modern appliances you need, and fast WiFi throughout. Connecting with housemates will be easy when you hang out in the community lounge.
Life in Harlem isn’t about staying in, however. It’s about soaking up as much of this neighborhood’s culture as possible. Try the National Jazz Museum for a starting point, which may lead you to later visit some of the many live jazz clubs. Hungry? That’s never a problem in Harlem. You may want to check out Renaissance Harlem or Ponty Bistro, to mention just a couple of the countless delicious establishments within walking distance.
It’s finally time to quit planning and actually put the wheels in motion on your NYC move. Your nerves will be calmed when you connect with Outpost and realize we make this process as easy as possible. Find a time to schedule a tour or go ahead and start your application now.

I’ve had a great experience with Outpost Club. Evans, my main contact, has always been very responsive and available whenever I needed assistance. Recently, I had to be relocated urgently to another one of their properties, and everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and in the best conditions. I really appreciate their professionalism and support!

I have been staying at the Atlantic house since May 27. It's been a great experience. The house is great, my roommates are excellent people. The house leader, Justin, was really helpful, very clear, always present, we had to get our smoke detector battery changed in his was there in less then 10min. He also is always setting gatherings for everybody in the building. It's been truly a wonderful experience

I had a great experience with Outpost. After a lease takeover fell through we were put in contact with Ashley, and a week later we had a new place found and lined up! Ashley was super helpful sharing options with us, providing photos and 3D tours, and being super responsive helping us with any questions throughout the process. I had a great experience with Outpost and would highly recommend.
