About the House
Central Park is the defining feature of Manhattan. For all of the culture, commerce, and excitement you’ll encounter when living in this amazing borough, it’s the park that brings it all together. And, if you choose to live at Parkside House, you’ll have direct access to this restorative open space.
But first, let’s talk about the house. Parkside House is a classic NYC building with hardwood floors and tasteful decorations. Every room is ready for you to move in and start living immediately, without buying a single appliance or assembling a single piece of furniture. Making the move to Manhattan has never been easier.
To explore the park on a sunny day, simply walk across the street and start your journey. Plenty of other New York icons are close by as well, including the Museum of the City of New York and El Museo del Barrio. If you have other destinations in mind, the Central Park North Station is close at hand.
Life in Harlem will be everything you expect and then some. With convenient park access, a built-in community around you at Outpost, and affordable rent prices, this is the opportunity you’ve been missing. Get started with us today.

I’ve had a great experience with Outpost Club. Evans, my main contact, has always been very responsive and available whenever I needed assistance. Recently, I had to be relocated urgently to another one of their properties, and everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and in the best conditions. I really appreciate their professionalism and support!

I have been staying at the Atlantic house since May 27. It's been a great experience. The house is great, my roommates are excellent people. The house leader, Justin, was really helpful, very clear, always present, we had to get our smoke detector battery changed in his was there in less then 10min. He also is always setting gatherings for everybody in the building. It's been truly a wonderful experience

I had a great experience with Outpost. After a lease takeover fell through we were put in contact with Ashley, and a week later we had a new place found and lined up! Ashley was super helpful sharing options with us, providing photos and 3D tours, and being super responsive helping us with any questions throughout the process. I had a great experience with Outpost and would highly recommend.

Coliving is a shared housing model. Tenants, whom we call members, share kitchens, living rooms, and other common spaces with all members, and have a private or shared bedroom. Cleaning of common/shared areas and supply restocking are provided as a complimentary service.
Most of what you need — furniture, kitchen supplies, most events — is included in one flat fee.
-
If you rent a Coliving Room in New York City, Standard membership is required and billed on the same invoice as your rent as a separate line item at $249/month. Premium is an optional upgrade for +$49/month.
Standard includes utilities management, 24/7 support, monthly common-area cleaning, community events, partner discounts, renters protection, and a 7-day satisfaction guarantee.
Premium adds a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, priority support, early move-in eligibility, job-loss/visa protection, a free return stay, repair discounts, and credit-building benefits.
You can upgrade to Premium during your stay, subject to eligibility and timing restrictions. Your membership continues with your lease when you renew.

Each Outpost house can include multiple apartments, and each apartment can include several private rooms.
When you rent a room, your room is private, while spaces like the kitchen, living room, and bathroom may be shared with the other people in your apartment.
Amenities can vary by house, apartment, and room. Some amenities belong to the whole property, while others are specific to your apartment or your room. Check the listing details to see exactly what's included in the home you choose.
-
Your room comes move-in ready with a bed, furniture, and kitchen essentials. You also get common-area cleaning, supply restocking, workspace access, security features, and most community events.
Utilities and WiFi are included in your monthly payment and shown as a separate line item on your invoice.

Yes! At most houses, there is just a $250/month surcharge for couples or any situation in which two people are sharing a private room. There are some instances where we can not allow couples in a specific apartment in order to maintain a proper number of tenants in a given apartment.
-
For the security of our current members living in our spaces, we do not reveal the exact address of the spaces until you receive an offer. All of our houses are within a 10-minute walk of a subway line.
-
Your space is yours to share. Whether you're hosting friends, family, or someone special, you're welcome to have overnight guests for up to 8 nights total per calendar month.
Just a few things to keep in mind:
- Register your guests: Add every overnight guest to your tenant portal before they arrive.
- Guests under 18: You'll need written approval from our team before they stay overnight.
- Extended stays: From the 9th night in a calendar month, your guest may be considered an additional occupant, with an extra occupancy fee.
- Partners living with you: If your partner primarily lives in your apartment, a $250 monthly surcharge applies, prorated from the date we determine they've moved in.
For longer stays, we may ask your guest to provide ID and agree to a background check. We also reserve the right to decline any guest as an additional occupant, with or without a stated reason.
Planning to have someone stay longer? Reach out to our team so you know what to expect.
