About the House
As a student or young professional moving to Manhattan for the first time, the Upper West Side can feel out of reach. This is an incredible neighborhood, but it’s not exactly affordable. Getting such easy access to places like Central Park and Columbia University comes at a price.
The Central Park Manhattan House changes that story a bit. Becoming a member of Outpost and renting a room here will be more affordable than you expect. Just like that, the NYC life you’ve always imagined could suddenly be a reality.
Renting for a fair price here doesn’t mean losing out on quality amenities. You will have in-unit laundry in this refurbished building. The backyard and rooftop are perfect for entertaining. There is even a co-working space for when you don’t need to go into the office. Trying to stay fit? The smart gym featuring Peloton and Tempo equipment will serve you well.
It won’t take you long to understand why the Upper West Side is so beloved. The food here is amazing, for one thing. Barney Greengrass and Absolute Bagels are two of the many iconic establishments here. When you are full, shop at Columbus Circle after a short train ride, or visit the Museum of Natural History.
Don’t think of Outpost as a landlord. Think of us as your partner in an exciting move to one of the world’s great cities. We are here for you and will provide assistance at every turn, just as we have done for thousands of other members. Get started on your application today.

I’ve had a great experience with Outpost Club. Evans, my main contact, has always been very responsive and available whenever I needed assistance. Recently, I had to be relocated urgently to another one of their properties, and everything was handled quickly, smoothly, and in the best conditions. I really appreciate their professionalism and support!

I have been staying at the Atlantic house since May 27. It's been a great experience. The house is great, my roommates are excellent people. The house leader, Justin, was really helpful, very clear, always present, we had to get our smoke detector battery changed in his was there in less then 10min. He also is always setting gatherings for everybody in the building. It's been truly a wonderful experience

I had a great experience with Outpost. After a lease takeover fell through we were put in contact with Ashley, and a week later we had a new place found and lined up! Ashley was super helpful sharing options with us, providing photos and 3D tours, and being super responsive helping us with any questions throughout the process. I had a great experience with Outpost and would highly recommend.

I moved to NYC couple months ago and was in the search for a proper apartment, I came across outpost and seen the apartments and the services they offer! I worked with Evens McDonald and he was able to get me the approval within one day! He was very helpful and made the process so much easier for me! Thank you Evans!
