The Park Avenue House is equipped with a laundry room conveniently located on the first floor. Each of the three units has been designed with the intent of combining modernity with comfort. All of the apartments come with modern kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave, as well as cookware and dishware to be able to cook for yourself and your friends. Outpost Club understands the importance of winding down, which is why the living rooms come with a couch and TV, and the bedrooms are fully furnished.

Apartment 3A is a unit bathed in natural light. It is a 3-bedroom and single shared bathroom apartment comprised of an Economy, a Standard, and a Standard with Desk size bedrooms. Each comes with ample closet space, and an AC unit.
Apartment 3B consists of 4 bedrooms and two shared bathrooms! It is also equipped with the same modern appliances and affordable prices.
Apartment 3C is also a 4-bedroom and 2-bath living space with plenty of natural light and a similar set-up.
The Kitchens/Dining Room
The kitchens in these units have been entirely updated, with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, and are fully stocked with dishware, cooking tools and appliances.
